Casa Monte Cabeša is a luxuriously country holiday house built in a cosy traditional Portuguese style. Here we have a very successful example for having a keen sense by using proven materials, according to today`s requirements, have been reconciled, for a house in the south of Europe in Portuguese architecture. Tasteful furniture, colorful textiles, selected accessoires continues by setting lovely accents in the interiour. The juwel with its 17.500 sqm of land, that rural region is mostly used for agriculture, fruit and vegetable cultivation, but at the same time it is situated only a few kilometers from the lively town of Moncarapacho.
Casa Monte Cabeša sits enthroned at a gentle mountain top - especially from the roof terrace enjoy an amazing 360° panoramic view. To the North, dominates an extended valley at its end the foothill of the Serra raises. To the South, the gaze roams from the Evergreen coast line far to the horizon to the tempting Atlantic Ocean. In between is the Ria Formosa, a nature reserve, a large lagoon, where rare flora and fauna be resident. The offshore islands with their beautiful sand beaches can be reched in only 7-9 kilometers from your holiday house. During the summer season you can take in Fuseta a ferry boat to the island "Ilha de Armona" or next to "Luz de Tavira", in "Pedras d`el Rei" - all year long, you may go on foot and use the floating bridge, to pass the lagoon of the Ria Formosa. Or you use the tiny train to go to the Atlantic, lovely, sandy beach, named "Praia do Barril".

The villa is very spacious and offers their guests high comfort. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen bed, wardrobes and stand fans. All rooms has a direct access to one of the many terraces. It has to be mentioned, that out of all rooms, you savor a wonderful view into the lush green garden. All windows have wooden shutters, they guarantee a pleasant room temperature during summer and winter time. For this reason and also because of the excellent insulation, it was completely unnecessary to install an aircondition. 2 bathrooms, very tastefully tiled, one belongs to the master bedroom en suite. Due to the large hall, you enter the living area, which is subdivided into a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room with a second dining table. Both rooms can be separated by a glass sliding door from each other. The fully equipped kitchen has more than enough space and comfort to take care of a family of 6. The living room is very impressive because of the high ceiling made of reeds, which is very traditional over here, and the very large windows are facing three of four directions! Sitting on the snuggy leather sofa you can choose your view alternatively into the romantic, blazing wood burner, into the splendid garden or to the big TV screen. Large, wide, tiled, partly covered terraces surrounded that stylish country house - at all hours of the day you will find sunny or shady spots. Fragrant herbs, flowering shrubs, palms and bananas are the natural boundery. In between the Atlantic sea is glittering. Along the refreshing outdoor shower, small paths guided across the hudge estate with its indigenous tree population. Thanks to the exposed location in the midst of silence and peace, it is idyllic and perfect to summon up power and recover from the stresses of everyday life - come here to relax!

* Dogs are welcome. Experience has shown, though, that it is necessary to have some rules in force, that guarantee that the house owner as well as following guests will not be affected by the dog: The dog owner has to make sure that his dog will do its businesses at a suitable place outside of the premises of the house. The Tenant will bring an own sleeping mat or bed for his dog and will take care that the dog will not lie on the couch, nor in beds or in/on other types of furniture. In addition the Tenant commits to regularly sweep the accommodation in order to keep it free from dog´s hair as good as possible.
