The house is beautifully located on a large piece of land with a natural garden, not far from the coastal town of Fuseta. In this friendly fishing village, you can go shopping, enjoy local restaurants, and take the ferry to the beautiful Atlantic beach in just a few minutes. There is also a smaller lagoon beach nearby, which has a very special and calm atmosphere.
Around Villa Antiga, you will find several quiet places to relax, including two roof terraces with wide views of the sea. Rustic stone paths lead to the private swimming pool, which is twelve metres long and surrounded by green bushes and trees. A shaded seating area and a brick outdoor shower complete the pleasant pool area.
The guest apartment includes the old part of the villa and a newer extension. It can be expanded to three bedrooms by renting the separate casinha. No matter which option you choose, there are no other people on the property, so guests can enjoy full privacy.
In front of the larger guest apartment is a sheltered terrace of about 25 m˛. From here, you have a very peaceful view of the green garden and the surrounding nature. Two sides are closed with glass, which protects the area from the wind and creates a spacious summer living room.
Inside, the living room feels warm and cosy. A dining area completes the space. Next to it is the large kitchen, and from the kitchen you can enter a bathroom. The main house also has two bedrooms, one of them with its own en-suite bathroom. The small casinha is just across from the main house and offers another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It can be booked together with the main house between April and October. A washing machine is available for guests to use there.
All bedrooms, as well as the living room, have modern air-conditioning units that can cool or heat. Using them is optional; the electricity they use is metered separately and charged at check-out.
Villa Antiga is a perfect place for up to five people who are looking for peace and privacy, while still being close to the beautiful beach and the lively village life.

Experience has shown, though, that it is necessary to have some rules in force, that
guarantee that the house owner as well as following guests will not be affected by the dog:
The dog owner has to make sure that his dog will do its businesses at a suitable place
outside of the premises of the house.
The Tenant will bring an own sleeping mat or bed for his dog and will take care that the
dog will not lie on the couch, nor in beds or in/on other types of furniture. In addition the
Tenant commits to regularly sweep the accommodation in order to keep it free from dog´s
hair as good as possible.
