The house is romantically situated on a large property with a natural garden not far from the coastal town of Fuseta. In this friendly fishing village, you can go shopping and eating out, as well as take the ferry to the beautiful Atlantic beach in just a few minutes. Alternatively, there is a smaller lagoon beach that exudes a special atmosphere.

Around Villa Antiga there are various resting places and retreats, such as the two roof terraces, from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea. Rustic stone paths lead to the private swimming pool, which measures an impressive twelve meters and is adorned with dense bushes and trees. A shady house and a brick outdoor shower complete the attractive pool area.

The guest apartment extends over the old villa and a part that was added later and can be expanded to 3 bedrooms by renting the separate casinha. Regardless, there are no other people on the property, guests can fully enjoy their privacy.

In front of the larger guest apartment adjoins a 25m˛ huge, sheltered terrace, from here you got a very peacefully view into the green garden and nature. Two sides made of glass windows, protect from wind, a spacious summer living room was been created.

The living room inside emanates snugness. A dining area is completing that chamber. Next to it is the big kitchen, passing through you are entering a bathroom. The main house is completet by 2 bedrooms, one of them with another bath en suite. The little "Casinha" is right across that building, with an additional bedroom and 1 bathroom en suite. It can be booked with the main house just between April and October. A washing machine is at the guests disposal there.

Villa Antiga is a perfect nest for up to 5 persons, who are searching silent and solitariness but at the same time such close to the wonderful beach or citylife.

* Dogs are welcome. Experience has shown, though, that it is necessary to have some rules in force, that guarantee that the house owner as well as following guests will not be affected by the dog: The dog owner has to make sure that his dog will do its businesses at a suitable place outside of the premises of the house. The Tenant will bring an own sleeping mat or bed for his dog and will take care that the dog will not lie on the couch, nor in beds or in/on other types of furniture. In addition the Tenant commits to regularly sweep the accommodation in order to keep it free from dog´s hair as good as possible.
